When we offer contests and promotions, or join with other companies to do so, customers who choose to participate in those contests and promotions may receive promotional emails informing from these companies. How does Garden-NZ protect customer information? When you either enter a competition on Garden-NZ or join to be a subscriber, the contest or promotion company running the competition may also use the information supplied. This information is not sold to a 3rd party.
Will Garden-NZ disclose the information it collects to outside parties? Garden-NZ does not sell information to 3rd parties. If you do enter a competition, then you may receive information from the contest promotion company who is running the competition.

Terms and Conditions
All competitions are run on behalf of Garden-NZ Clients. Redemption of prizes is at the sole responsibility of the clients. GNZ takes no responsibility for unclaimed or unsent prizes.
Only people living in New Zealand are eligible to enter.
All entries must be complete to be valid.
In the case of a competition question, then this must also be answered correctly, to be valid.
Only one entry per email address will be accepted as valid.
All complete entries received on time will be entered in to the prize draw.
Entries must be received by midnight on the stated closing date.
The winning entry will be drawn on the day after the closing date.
The winner will be notified by email within two working days of being drawn. The winner must respond to this email within five working days to confirm contact details and address details. If the winner does not, then the competition will be re-drawn.
Upon re-draw, the winner from this will then go through point 8 again.
The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Garden-NZ and the competition promotion company reserves the right to terminate this promotion without notice at any time.
Entry is consent to receive the Garden-NZ weekly Newsletter.
Entry is consent to be added to the email mailing list for the competition promotion company for future promotions or emails.
Prize cannot be redeemed for cash.
The prize package is not transferable nor exchangeable.
The winners acknowledge that Garden-NZ accepts no responsibility or liability for any harm, damage or illness or injury, which may occur as a result of the winners winning the prize, and the winner accepts and uses the prize at his or her own risk.
The winners acknowledge that Garden-NZ accepts no responsibility or liability for any prizes being sent to incorrect postal addresses. Garden-NZ uses what is confirmed via email from the prize winner.

I am very interested as My mother was President of Stoke Garden club for 9 years in the 60's and was also in the rose society and had 300 rose bushes which she supplied roses and leaves etc. to the florists in Nelson till she shifted up here to papatoetoe in 1971. This will give another interest to keep me on my toes.
