Tasman Bay Roses was established in 1966 and the Pratt family nursery has one of the finest collections of Roses in New Zealand with over 1300 varieties.

While we are renown and have a special love for 'Old fashioned' roses says Ben, we also grow a beautiful selection of almost every other type of Rose.

We are introducing new varieties each year - one of the most well known roses is Hayley Westenra which won Rose of the year in 2010.
 


This was bred by German Rose breeders 'Tantau' and named for the NZ market by TBR back in 2006.

This years special rose is a David Austin release - 'Munstead Wood' which has been anticipated by NZ "Rosarians".
