What’s eating Kiwi grapes? Apparently, according to Dr Glen L Creasy, not too many!The senior lecturer in viticulture at Lincoln University is establishing a new organisation – the New Zealand Table Grape Growers Association – to help revitalise the table grape industry in New Zealand.
“We believe there is a lot of potential in newer varieties that are well suited to New Zealand conditions and have superior flavour and freshness,” says Glen.
“Our goal will be to promote and promulgate the research development and marketing of table grapes grown in New Zealand."
